i really wanted to hit diamond this year and im really proud i did, genuinely feel like I'm actually good at speedrunning for probably the first time, which is kinda cool :)

I have some cool plans with the JSON editor but I also rewrote the image editor which should allow me to implement some new features for it soon
I picked this back up after almost a year, had to sacrifice the model rendering to the 1.21.10 port but look at this beautiful JSON syntax highlighting! The parsing is pretty cool, it restricts errors to the smallest possible scope and can update as you're typing without reparsing everything.

1.15 seedqueue is out and about :)
in this video its just being used to profile wall performance (which is quite atrocious in this video), the same exists in 1.16 too as a debugging feature
not really, the piechart is a profiling tool to show what performs how well or bad
its not really possible to emulate that (with enough parity for my liking) in an environment like the wall, where performance is all over the place and seedqueue takes a bunch of shortcuts to make it playable at all
the preview doesnt appear until the entire world is loaded and im sure theres plenty of potential optimization to be had on the wall, no idea if my motivation will keep going or die off tomorrow
really didnt think id work on seedqueue for 1.8 more than the initial prototype but then it came up and suddenly i was obsessed again...
spent one night searching for (massive amounts of) vanilla parity issues, then another getting the wall to work (its almost 6am why would i do this to myself)
that was the most ridiculous and insane and impressive game of football ive ever watched, holy shit
SeedQueue 1.5, SpeedrunAPI 2.0 and lots more just released with nice performance improvements and preparation to port to other minecraft versions :)
