been thinking about the weird split in how devs see AI tools
like there's a chunk of programmers who are just... fully checked out on the whole thing. hard no across the board
crazy to be in tech, but not adapting to new tech imo

I've been spending way more time planning with AI than actually writing code with AI.
Crazy how much better the outcome is when there are clear instructions and implementation. Cuts down on errors and iterations a good amount.
"AI writes 100% of code" is just the next "we don't need assembly" moment for 2026. We'll roll with it. Folks who actually get what's under the hood are still going to have the edge.
Only eight?
You absolutely need AI evals.

Three months back, I walked away from my last startup because my co-founder and I couldn't align.
Starting Orchata from zero has been a ride, but I kept the clients & revenue through it all.
Building for AI is chaos right now, but I'm here for it, and looking forward to 2026
Tired of slow RAG pipelines and vector DB complexity?
Launching Orchata tomorrow β the fastest way to give your AI agents access to knowledge.

Couple of days late, but we put up a blog about MCP last week. If you are interested in learning more about model context protocol, give it a read.

Need devs to roast my product.
We built a RAG platform that gets you to production in minutes instead of weeks. MCP-native, usage-based.
DM for beta access. Be brutal.
Dude, this is a great read. In the future, being able to control our info and share with who we want is one way to keep tech safe. We also won't be staring at computers in the future, so it's rad to think I could walk up to you on the street and our devices could just talk, no big tech to middleman.
Time for my big year end blogpost about the Atmosphere.
From the personal computing perspective, the cloud has been a disaster β but we shouldn't run away from it.
We can solve a lot of problems by connecting our clouds, turning it into atmospheric computing.
don't live in NYC, but there a lot because of work, and I'm really excited to see what he can do.
hahaha, OMG now I can't unsee the popsicle! π
I don't like seeing those GPU prices π
I feel like every morning I wake up and @hf.co has released something else I want to deep dive into, but I'm still not even finished setting up my Reachy Mini π
Great resource if you are interested in fine-tuning, but have no idea where to start:

just pushed a new @nextjs.org starter that builds on the Vercel AI chatbot template with Orchata already integrated. If you're building on RAG, give it a whirl and lemme know what you think π₯
