Iβd say itβs all shiteβ¦. but I would! #modernfootballisshite
Small world. Enjoyed a lovely lunch in Berryβs, Church Stretton and the lady who served us used to live down the road from us in Walsall. She even used to frequent The Dilke in her youth! π€£
Opposite the theatre as Gaz says. A bit hit and miss as to lunchtime opening in the week. Never quite sure, however always busy pre-theatre and Sunday lunchtimes. Best to book if youβre eating.
They really are top drawer! Delicious. ππ»
Says everything about mainstream media in the West.
Had Sunday lunch at The Anchor in #Shrewsbury for the first time in ages. Iβm not exaggerating by suggesting it is far and away the best roast around. Absolutely fantastic! ππ»
My husband @mjowen174.bsky.social is very down and itβs difficult to see.
He had a thriving writing business until AI came along but now heβs struggling to find work.
Please repost this far and wide in the hope that he can find some writing work.

Are you watching Dirty Business? I can't believe how much water companies have gotten away with. They're putting profit before public health - itβs a scandal and the Government MUST take action! Sick of sewage? Add your name to the petition today: you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/pr...
Fantastic night at Theatre Severn seeing the #ClassicRockShow for the second time in a few weeks. Highly recommended for superb musicianship and quality note perfect tunes.
Agreed. Will be visiting again soon as weβre hoping to get to a Salop game. Glory Hunters that we are! π€£
Big fan of this. Itβs why I enjoy visiting the local hostelries as locals and visitors alike are often happy to engage in friendly conversation.
By the way, if you do choose the Coleham Tap they have a 30% off main menu offer at the moment. Usually requires you to produce a voucher code, but if you just mention it at the bar they should agree to honour it. ππ»
Coach and Horses on Swan Hill recently reopened and has a decent menu. The Crown by the Abbey does good food at a reasonable price. One of our favourites is the Coleham Tap. Not town centre, but only just over Greyfriars Bridge with nice views over the river.
How about this then? Rod Temperton was an incredible writer and producer and this was one of the greatest tunes of the era (more disco than outright funk, granted, but always worth a blast! ππΆ)

Absolutely not worth the time of day mon. Donβt understand why folk continue to pay to watch such overpaid wasters. Even if they were any good and got promoted the PL is all about money and surviving with memories of an occasional big scalp. Itβs all shit.
Itβs on at the Market Hall in Shrewsbury. Unfortunately couldnβt make either date. Itβll crop up in Amazon or summat in due course.
