I’m so confused by the laissez-faire attitude that so many professionals have regarding the collapse of critical infrastructure to the industry.
Theatre orgs can’t replicate what major critics bring to the table. They’ve also proven that they aren’t willing to adopt practical digital practices.
It has arrived! I’m gonna have to kick my playthrough of FFXVI into overdrive so I can get started on this one.

The National Videogame Museum has acquired the Sony MSF-1, the oldest known Nintendo PlayStation hardware.

There is an extent to which, when the history book is written about this generation, PlayStation is going to be evaluated as having a few great releases but largely wasting these years while the market also fell apart around them for reasons they could not figure out.
