Correlation versus causation.
There are established pre-emptive combos for chemotherapy-induced nausea/vomiting, depending on emetic risk of the chemo regimen: dexamethasone + ondansetron for moderate risk; dexa + ondansetron + aprepitant for high risk (high doses, full-dose Cisplatin, doxorubicin/cyclophosphamide)

Clearly, induction chemo is a lot less expensive than adding pembrolizumab.
But we have no sense yet on which approach is better.
