I really want to boycott the World Cup this year. The ticket prices have made that less of a choice and more of an economic necessity. We should make this the final World Cup and put an end to FIFA and national team football forever.

It’s time for guillotines, Pete. I like you and respect what you’re doing as the voice of calm and reason for overwhelmed opposition voters. But the Democrats have failed to meaningfully oppose this nonsense. So now it’s time for the guillotines. White House, billionaires, and SCOTUS to start with.
This is clearly a short term loan to cover for the unexpected departure of Klauss until the summer window opens. This guy is just here to have an option if Becher fails to step up into the role. It’s actually pretty good work by the front office.
I can’t express strongly enough how lame the Vikings clap is and how dead and lacking in any energy it is. We need to stop this shit. @allforcity
I think you’ve overrated the St. Louis kit.
Counterpoint: Dances With Wolves is a mediocre movie who’s epic scale takes it from “average” to “shitty” and it’s really not worthy of viewing, let alone discussion, in 2026.
Clearing up space and acquiring cash to hijack the Josh Sargent deal from Toronto?
International football is so stupid. Can we cancel this shit already?
When are going to stop this international football bullshit? This is complete nonsense. NYCFC get one of their best players hurt in a meaningless game. International football is a parasite and need to be stopped immediately.
There should be a cap on wealth if even one person has to struggle to make ends meet. And that cap should be low. And permanent.
He must really be excited to be part of the Josh Yaro experience.
I was going to say my expectation was to never see Josh Yaro again. But I guess that’s not going to work out.
Why are we doing this? Cant we get som MLS-level center backs for the end of our bench? Yaro should never play for us again. He isn’t good enough.
I wonder if Corey or Diego made this decision.
And the product on Apple is miles ahead in terms of quality from wherever it was on cable.
If you think the product sucks then it doesn’t matter how you deliver it. And they struggled for viewers when it was on cable. And nobody pays for cable anymore except for your mom. And she doesn’t watch soccer anyway.
A winter schedule will probably lead to me giving up my season tickets. It will increase the number of cold games and the number of midweek games and neither of those work for me.
OTOH, the 5 division, 1 table schedule is what I’ve been calling for for years. Hopefully they do that.
We need to get rid of about 3 of those international breaks.
The new schedule has 5 more weeks off. Does that mean more midweek games? Because no one wants more midweek games.
Almost all soccer leagues are on “some random streaming service” in the US. I have to pay for Peacock to watch the PL and still don’t get all the games. ESPN for Bundesliga and La Liga. Paramount for Serie A. So why is it weird for MLS to be on a streaming service?
Still cool though.
That trophy is newer than the Premier League trophy. Just sayin.
Klauss, Sangbin, Kessler, Wallum.
Then probably Olivares, Orozco, Reid, maybe McSorley to fill out the supplemental roster.
When are clubs going to start telling FIFA and the national teams to fuck off? International games are a joke and just don’t matter, meanwhile clubs put a lot of time and resources into developing talent, only for the national team to borrow, and get them injured.
St. Louis City and county joining Illinois would be best for everyone involved except for Missouri.
I’ve got to ask: do you still stand by this take when even PRO said that they made the wrong call? Calls like this are not only against the spirit of the rule, but they also encourage players to simply fall anytime they are contacted in the box, which makes for a terrible game to watch.
When W announced the formation of the DHS, my immediate response was that this was the Dept. of Secret Police, the GOP was taking advantage of a crisis to create a tool of oppression. And even though that was more than 20 years ago, it seems like this is the inevitable consequence of that moment.
The constitution can’t enforce itself. He is getting away with it and will continue to get away with it until someone stops him.
Diego gets to fire the Sporting Director to protect his own job. But now he has the biggest hiring in club history to get right. And he needs to get it done before the winter window opens. If he fails here he needs to go too.
So this can go one of two ways: we can either bring in the right guy as soon as possible and give him the freedom to do his job, or we can fuck around as a chaos club for 20 years and be the new DC United.
Is it just me or was the red a bit harsh to give both the PK and the red card? In other games I’ve watched, if the pk is given for dogso, then a yellow is shown so that the team isn’t punished twice for the same offense. #allforcity
