Raita is just grated cucumber and carrots mixed in with plain yogurt, a little sliced serrano pepper and salt (and split mustard seeds if you have them, but I assume most people don't, so it's fine to skip them).
Let that sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to let the flavors mingle and you're all set!

Honestly, it was a pretty simple weeknight meal that took about 45 minutes.
Blitz frozen spinach with a little boiling water, raw garlic and chilis, added to a pan with translucent onions cooked with turmeric. Add garam masala, salt to taste and some half and half and that's done.

The post goal atmosphere at The Irishmen is electric!
