A 13min mobility and strength improvement routine to learn, and use 3x weekly.
No kit.
No complicated instructions.
You can do this in your pyjamas.
You work at your own level - and watch yourself progress.

@profdevisridhar.bsky.social writes good sense and a history lesson here in @theguardian.com
“In another “emperor has no clothes” moment, the real story is that the US government is more dependent on the WHO than vice versa.”
www.theguardian.com/commentisfre...
“WHO staff… told me that it had been pressed to align with the Maga talking points on the links between vaccines and autism, and paracetamol in pregnancy and autism, as well as climate-change denialism. When the agency pushed back that this wasn’t scientifically accurate, it was reprimanded.”
Very cool to hear that my public health book is being put as core reading on university reading lists like Imperial College, London- the paperback is out soon (April 2026) which will make it more accessible -
Thanks @thebookseller.com for including my book in your preview: paperback is out 16th April www.thebookseller.com/comment/prev...
AI use is rampant among students at uni. Bizarrely, AI seems to know a lot about things you don't know about, and very little about the things you do know about. To me, it's like that overconfident friend who gives out random info & advice and you have no idea if any of it is accurate.

I'm just finishing up reading How Not To Die Too Soon. Absolutely riveting. While I'm now retired in China I'll be recommending it to my MP in north London. God Bless You ❤️❤️❤️
Very cool event in London at the Guardian talking about health & my latest book. Paperback is out soon www.penguin.co.uk/books/458539...
Air pollution kills thousands a year in the UK and abroad – why isn’t there a bigger uproar? | Devi Sridhar
“After decades of fighting to change the food and physical activity culture, here came a pharmaceutical company offering a weekly jab as the answer to a problem created by the transnational food industry.” @profdevisridhar.bsky.social

Paperback is out April 2026. Out already on audiobook. www.penguin.co.uk/books/458539...
I agree with this @profdevisridhar.bsky.social we have malnourished patients eating 1/2 a MacMuffin breakfast or takeaway, Or drinking 1 pint of lager, not 3-4.
GLP-1 may reduce weight and associated risk factors but it doesn’t improve nutrition & diet related disorders.
The WHO learned to love ‘anti-obesity’ jabs in 2025. I don’t fully agree, but I get it | Devi Sridhar
"For all the promise of GLP-1s, the body still needs what it has always needed: affordable and accessible nutritious food and daily movement."
