Privileged to run at Guild parkrun this morning: a muddy hill on a 6 lapper reminded me how unfit I am but finished in 6th which I think is my highest spot, so I'll take that! Great to see a good group of service users enjoying the event and the post parkrun chat 😀 #parkrun
