jupiter, some shadow on top because it's not fully opposite the sun from us, with its iconic storm bands (blurry)

a blurry photo of Saturn, slightly yellow but the white balance is a bit hot. you can almost make out the gap between the planet and the rings, plus faint banding in the rings. some other color distortion bc I used my phone's sensor and a small telescope for this

one of this year's supermoons. not sure what the faint color distortion is along the edges are from. amazing the level of detail that got captured, including the ridges and valleys breaking the perfect circle along the edges. probably flipped from how you're used to looking at the moon. edges are slightly more in focus than the center.

the solar eclipse from earlier this year through a telescope. you can see some baily's beads and a solar prominence. stunning white haze surrounding the moon.
