Good documentation is hard to write, boring, and time consuming. The experts don't know what newbies don't know. How detailed should you get? What format should it be in? There's no singular correct answer and the balance is hard to find.

It really sucks that we probably won't have access to compounded GLP-1s soon, as my new insurance doesn't cover name-brand, and these medications have some ridiculous pricing.
Prevention is always the better solution and this medication helps prevent binge eating and diabetes.
I've been taking GLP-1s for nearly a year now.
I have made zero lifestyle changes, and haven't been to the gym or really worked out in years. Despite this, I am no longer prediabetic, my cholesterol is normal again, and I'm down 63 lbs since starting this medication. It is truly life changing.
