I’ve always loved the quiet moments in films — when the characters are just being people. No plot mechanics. No grand speeches. No action pieces. Just behaviour. A drink offered. A refusal. A little chat that has nothing to do with anything. Just life.
The walk-and-talk! Or...the Aaron Sorkin walk-and-talk! Characters in motion, exposition delivered on the fly, and the camera expertly tracking - catching the dialogue, while revealing space.
It always felt right on tv, so I wanted to see how it worked in comics.
