Good (I don’t mean regarding court martial). We need this stuff. Ukraine needs this stuff. Europe needs it.

OK, as the actual journalist who has been unwittingly caught up in the Claude rumor this morning (who also covers AI disinformation) let me clear this one up for the record.
To recap: Claude kind of implicated itself in the Iran school bombing citing (in part) my reporting...
Rather than “Syntax error”. Geez we were so Rock and Roll.
I barely remember the computer lab, save for one thing. The Maths teacher who did “computing” at the RGS was a mean natured bore with a beard. He knew that my Mum lectured Maths at the college and he always threw barbs about it. So a friend and I hacked one of the machines to say “I hate beards” /1
You and I are virtually the same age (I’m a bit older?), from the same school. I still have the Commodore PET that my Mum taught me on.

Interesting. I did a W3C search about haptic and sound feedback after seeing this. There’s nothing other than early notes/advisory. I hope to attend a W3C accessibility meeting tomorrow in Kings Cross and will ask what the state of play is.

They already are acting and it’s only going to get worse. Khamenei won’t be missed, but nothing good comes of this. There’s no strategy here other than threat degradation, electoral boost and Epstein file avoidance.
