I just wrapped up the book “Rest” by Alex Songjun - Kim Pang. It’s an excellent reminder that naps, walks, exercise, and time away are net positives in this “workaholic” world we often find ourselves.

For years, as a CFP, my struggle has been less with helping folks with big picture items, but more trying to figure out how to solve the myriad of financial “papercuts” that ultimately compounds for folks.
Human to human can’t do this effectively in mass.
