The beauty of supporting Bristol City is that you never have to check a league table. We're 12th. And if we're not 12th for some reason the universe will ensure that we return to 12th as soon as possible.

Paul Put's Wikipedia entry CV shows he has coached Geel, Lokeren, Lierse, Mouscron, Gambia, Burkina Faso, Jordan, USM Alger, Kenya, Xinjiang Tianshan Leopard, Guinea, Saif SC, Congo and Uganda.
Uganda play Congo at 4pm and a return to his old employer for Belgian coach Paul Put. He has one of those incredible CVs where his next job could be just about anywhere. Except Cambodia, I suppose.
The San Marino fans go crazy after beating Liechtenstein in Vaduz!
A moment of ecstasy and also existential panic now surely for San Marino's fan club the 'Brigata 1 Una Gioia' or 'Never Any Joy Brigade' who used to pride themselves on never seeing their side win. They'll have to find a new team - Man City maybe?
πΈπ² HISTORY IS MADE AS SAN MARINO FINISH TOP OF THEIR UEFA NATIONS LEAGUE GROUP & SECURE PROMOTION TO LEAGUE C!
After ending their 140-game winless streak vs. Liechtenstein on 5 September, they have beaten the same opponent again & scored three goals in a game for the first time!
Not time to get carried away but San Marino are clearly on their way to the World Cup here.
In the weird position of feeling like I should really be in Vaduz.
YouTube page for San Marino v Gibraltar live shows 487 watching now, compared to 137k for Scotland v Croatia.
487 of us hardy souls watching San Marino v Gibraltar.
That water slide has featured in at least one @sweeperpod.bsky.social episode!
It's incredible how well the North Korean women's teams do given their isolation. And to be honest the men too.
The men's team isn't at the level of the women but they've had some dramatic ups and downs this campaign. They can be brilliant for stretches but sadly for them they were 3-0 down today when they started to play well.
It always seems odd for streams to be hard to find for such big games. Doesnβt feel right!
You see when people moan about international breaks being boring I have to suspect they aren't watching Papua New Guinea v Fiji, North Korea v Iran and Niger v Sudan. Amazing day so far!
Kitmas is running again this year. Msg from Paul Watson:
Very excited to say we are running Kitmas again this year!
We collect pre-loved football shirts, and raise money to buy new ones, for children who may not otherwise receive a Christmas present.
Please help make our 5th year our biggest yet!

It may be just the start of a long day of international football but Oceania has already served up some incredible drama in World Cup qualifiers!
π³π¨ New Caledonia winning 3-2 over Solomon Islands.
π΅π¬ π«π― Papua New Guinea and Fiji draw 3-3 with goals for both sides after in stoppage time.
Great chance for a fresh start this. I can finally admit I never actually liked football.
