Given the long term GOP trend toward ever more ignorant and corrupt candidates, and that the American people vote for them, I think we just found our next president.

Have watched my elder siblings become massively unhealthy, acquire type 2 diabetes, suffer heart attacks and macular degeneration. I’ve done cardio my entire life. Well into my 60’s I’m within a few pounds of what I weighed the day I got married 34 years ago (to the day). Cardio works.
Where’s the downside?
