Big blue city districts take longer to count than small red rural districts. It's simple math. GOP are same folks who look at county-level maps of national election results and say, "Look, the country is so red!" while ignoring that significantly more people live in urban vs rural counties.
Can he prove it? No. Will he assert it without any evidence? Yes.

Such pernicious framing in NYT. The first sentence is accurate. The second (with “however”) suggests a counterpoint to the first. But even if the charges of fraud are *correct* the second is emphatically *not* a counterpoint. Presidents have no control over election administration, period.
