I can tell the previous work week really took it out of me. It's been a weekend of "being too hard on myself" and feeling helpless.
Here's to some STS2 and homemade carrot cake quelling those feelings.

We use a whiteboard to manage our tasks for the week/month and that helps us tremendously.
Also if you're devoting more time to working out consistently then it'll take time to meld that into existing routines so be sure to give yourself some grace there!

A new week, a new set of meals.
- Turkey burgers with roasted sesame broccoli for dinner yesterday
- White chicken chili for lunch today
- Herby tofu pasta with red peppers for dinner today
And now, chana dal with riced cauliflower for the next few lunches.
Spent yesterday organizing my favorited music, and it has me grinning how bucketed it is between my two sonas.
The stoat is super high energy. Lots of dance music and bubble pop. Living in the here and now.
The coyote is heavily acoustic. Major emphasis on storytelling. Much more pensive vibes.
