On Wednesday, the Court of International Trade ruled that companies subjected to Trumpโs illegal tariffs are entitled to refunds. The Administration must swiftly reimburse the thousands of small businesses across the country that bore the brunt of Trumpโs harmful tariffs.
A federal trade court says the Trump administration must refund tariffs to about 333,000 importers, with interest.

The Post reviewed nearly 70 cases in which U.S. District Judge Patrick J. Schiltz ruled that the Trump administration had violated court orders.
The court records offer the most detailed account yet on who officers arrested in Minneapolis and how they conducted arrests.
With all these options remaining, why does the fate of thousands of criminal prosecutions in this District potentially rest on the legitimacy of an unprecedented and byzantine leadership structure? The Government tells us: the President doesnโt like that he cannot simply appoint whomever he wants. Notwithstanding the chaos that pervades criminal prosecutions in this District, and without regard to the possibility that scores of dangerous criminals could have their cases dismissed or convictions eventually reversed, โthe [E]xecutive branch, at least right now, is not prepared to . . . use [the legal] options.
