Skyclan's Destiny: B tier
I think the plot (Especially first half) is a bit clumsy, but the ending is great. Without the rival clans it's not quite as compelling of a story, and some things are a bit confusing throughout, but still solid. I probably should have read it more quickly though!

Book was so good I finished it in about 24 hours, still fantastic after all these years

I've had this since I was a kid but must have never gotten around to reading it, and wow! It was such a great read, the pacing felt good and exploring his character was really interesting but also heartbreaking. Was really pleasantly surprised after the last 2!
Yellowfang's Secret: B tier
It's ok, a bit better than Bluestar's prophecy but still suffers some pacing issues + random power given? I never got to read this as a kid since this came out when I dropped the series, feel like there's contradiction with some stuff but apparently that's common

It's ok, it's a bit fast paced for my liking. I probably would have liked it more if I paced myself when reading it, I feel like it could have explored more of the stuff established in TPB (Thistleclaw and Oakheart mainly)
The Prophecies Begin: S tier
It's still peak! Sometimes it would get a bit repetitive in recapping some stuff which would go on for 50+ pages but the plot is so good. Yellowfang still my favorite character even after all these years

Honestly if I ever get a PO box in the future I may just consider offering these for commissions, it's been a joy connecting with traditional medium again.
I feel especially strongly about using traditional mediums more because of all the AI slop that's invaded the artist space

Not at all! I recommend looking up posca marker art, that’s where I got most of my inspiration from!
As for making it look more traditional, this was made on mixed media paper so you probably want something like that or watercolor paper texture, then multiply it over the art :D
Also I should high key consider getting paints in the future, expensive and don’t really know which brand to go with so probably far off

Was given a set of posca paint pens for Christmas, so decided to make some test doodles with them (these are so fun to work with)

however I value not consenting to having my work fed into one of these systems. Anyone who has known me for years has seen consistently that I never needed GenAI to make the art I do, and I will continue not to use it in my work. Support human artists.
"Why bother when the internet can just scrape your work anyways" because to roll over and say "idc take my work" is to give up the fight on GenAI, I never consent to my work being fed into these systems. I am not happy to delete my art history as I think having one is especially important now a days
"Why not deactivate" because there are probably still going to be people who find Twitter and I want to keep that account up to redirect them to here, also I do still get news from Twitter as well. I'm hoping Bluesky can completely replace that one day but it's not there yet.

I just spent the last hour or so going through my Twitters (Both main and alt) deleting all my artwork. Any artist who hates GenAI and does not want to willingly consent to their artwork being fed into one should seriously consider removing their art as well, this new TOS goes into effect Jan 15th
