We need to shine the light on important projects that were started or completed under the Infrastructure Act. Bridges. How many have been repaired? Uplifting limited series type thing or 60 Minutes segment.
I just heard that Trump shut off funding for the bipartisan infrastructure bill. If this is true, we need to put signs up at all the crumbling bridges that won't get funded and post a picture of Trump's face with the caption "I did this."

Reading "Mainstreet" novel by Sinclair Lewis. Published in 1920. Wow. The more things change....Sinclair writes about the social issues of the times. That is: poverty, ignorance, biases, class distinction, bigotry, etc. If you have read the book, I would love to hear your thoughts.

I reread East of Eden recently. I am not qualified as a literary analyst. But I cry everytime I finish one of his books. Mostly, because I do not want them to end! Hope to visit his home in Sag Harbor. And the Steinbeck museum in Salinas, CA.
