The last ship with non taxed goods arrived in US port, yesterday. What comes in next will be taxed the minimum 10% fee, Trump put on all goods. The supply chain takes about 6-7 weeks to America, and goods shipped / bought before the Import tax was initiated, are not being taxed.

The "tariff" is just the name used for the % added to the item price. It is added to the price the importer paid, not the retail price. The importer pay this % to the importers government. It is called a "Import tax", not an "Export Tax".
