I always end up blaming myself when things tirn south. And sadly, I can't seem to heal from that.
With the sudden appearance of the Marines, expected to shake the current political arena in PH, I realized a new mantra that perfectly describes the shallow arguments of these politically-driven personalities:

So anyway, the protagonist has a sort of ED due to a childhood trauma. She underwent treatment but ended up being unable to recover.

It baffles me how people choose to ignore strong-willed people's call for help. It's possible that such persona is a result of trauma, so why shrug them when they show a bit of vulnerability?

I find it funny (and weird, at the same time), when people blurt how 'mental health matters' and that 'checking on your friends' is important; yet they're never available when you need someone to talk to.

My friend and I were talking about forgiveness a lot lately because of my triggers. I'm stuck somewhere. I even often find myself asking: how do hurt people get over the pain and trauma inflicted on them? How were they able to move forward?
