I always end up blaming myself when things tirn south. And sadly, I can't seem to heal from that.
With the sudden appearance of the Marines, expected to shake the current political arena in PH, I realized a new mantra that perfectly describes the shallow arguments of these politically-driven personalities:
"If you can't beat them [in an argument], confuse them."
Some say that the most exciting years of a person's life is when they're in their teens. I don't think so.
So here are some things I'd like to tell my younger self (and I wished somebody could've told me sooner!).

There's no easy way to break somebody's heart. But there's always a way to ease the pain it will cause.
I'm usually told by people within my circle that I'm a weirdo. But I'm wondering: should I be insulted?
I finally published my portfolio live! Next up: the online gig.
I'm done trying.
My psychiatrist asked me why I always take the blame for everything that's been happening to me.
I replied, "because I think I can endure it. And I don't want them to lift the burden alone."
I get what she's telling me. But I think I'm just born to take everything in without complaints.
The annual Traslacion for the Feast of the Black Nazarene has concluded after almost 31 hrs—beating its former record of 22 hrs in 2012.
Non-believers may criticize the devotees, but I see nothing but devotion and resilience.
I hope everybody can respect their choice to finish the tradition.
(3/3) Even if I desperately want to get the life I had, I just couldn't. I can feel that it's beyond my reach and I'm just trying my best to pull myself together.
Then again, while the curves of this recovery may seem inevitable, ig I can still hold on to that tiny hope and wish for the better.
(2/3) When the male lead suggests treatment, she accepts and mentions that "after treatment, she'd like to celebrate a birthday and invite her friends over."
Ngl, that brought tears to my eyes. I'm also under psychiatric therapy and for the past years, I can tell it was never linear.
(1/3) May contain manhwa spoilers.
I'm reading Perfect Marriage Revenge for awhile now. I haven't watched the drama; I'm totally fine with the manhwa.
So anyway, the protagonist has a sort of ED due to a childhood trauma. She underwent treatment but ended up being unable to recover.
Losing my grip.
It baffles me how people choose to ignore strong-willed people's call for help. It's possible that such persona is a result of trauma, so why shrug them when they show a bit of vulnerability?

I find it funny (and weird, at the same time), when people blurt how 'mental health matters' and that 'checking on your friends' is important; yet they're never available when you need someone to talk to.
12:34 AM: It's quite unusual—our wall clock's a bit loud.

My friend and I were talking about forgiveness a lot lately because of my triggers. I'm stuck somewhere. I even often find myself asking: how do hurt people get over the pain and trauma inflicted on them? How were they able to move forward?

Sept 10th is #WorldSuicidePreventionDay, and this year's theme revolves on changing the narrative on this taboo topic.
Even with the shame I've received, I'd like to share my experience in hopes to end the stigma.
Trigger warnings are stated on the article below:

Me getting a new haircut feels like a new beginning to me. Small wins, I guess.

This is amazing!
Met my new psych for the first time earlier. She asked me general Qs about my condition to know me better. I intended to only share what she needed (for now), but I kept on rapidly talking nonsense and nonstop.
12 hours later, I'm in bed, ruminating and regretting what I did.

Restarting my medications soon, but I'm seriously nervous of going through the side effects again. 😵💫
It's quite ironic to see social services department calling out support and equality among persons with disability, when I personally had a rough experience when I applied for a job in the same agency.
To date, it was the most traumatic job interview I had.
And it's a draw. But infairness to Pacquiao, he really deserves the awesome-est recognitions. At 46, he can still fight as if he's still in his late 20s—with all that strength and speed.
