The threat to the jewel in the crown of the criminal justice system Juries give us hope and are a reminder that human beings are generally decent and are the best judges of what is right and what is wrong.

We do not have an impartial judiciary. Juries are vital for defendants to obtain justice. We need to ensure those 12 ordinary people have the final say in court. Meanwhile, we wait to hear of the Palestine Action proscription judicial review
