I had such an awesome time at @starcitygames.bsky.social @scgcon.bsky.social Richmond today! I got this purrfect oversized card. Then made it to the finals of a modern recq where I got to scoop to a friend! My husband also got an invite in the same event. RC DC here we come!!

I opened these this past week and sold them to vendors at #SCGRichmond for money towards my holy grail artist proof: Demonic Tutor …but make it cat. 🐱 I cannot wait to get it later this year!

I want to end this thread with something uplifting but I don’t have it in me right now. Some birthdays aren’t necessarily happy birthdays, and that’s okay.

Today is my dad’s birthday. For many years, this time of year would mean brainstorming how to make his day special, what I should get him, what meal to treat him to. In recent years, the excitement has turned into a sad reminder: he’s not here to celebrate and bond with anymore.
