He’s basically a political appointee
🙏
Partisan actor attacking others to defend his SES boss w/out disclosing the affiliation and w/out being held accountable
A decade ago one of my Scout platoons secured this site at MSAB.
A political appointee disguised as an army officer.
It’s less accurate than the method you describe but Polar running index gets you in the ballpark, especially the more you use it. Polar also has a specific fitness test to get more accurate gauge
I’m using a 5K training program on my polar watch / HR monitor and cleaned up the junk food w/out being overly restrictive
Yeah, recognition that I was telling myself a bunch of lies and was going to eventually cost me and my family. I have a disabled son. Every day I stay upright is one he won’t spend in a group home.
13 months ago I was in the worst shape of my life. Well on my way to being one of those retirement cautionary tales of dudes who cost themselves years of quality time. Today I threw down a very respectable VO2 max (for a 53 y/o) during an easy run.

💯
This will not cause any issues for Iraq whatsoever, right? RIGHT?
Former CGSOC Prof here (thanks Elon!). Can confirm. Also global force management but I heard that’s for cucks.
Not today

Saw two “Beardos” during the first 5 minutes of my semi-annual trip to Fort Belvoir.
If I didn’t know any better, I’d think there is no strategy….once again.
W/n last 48 hrs 4 families received notifications that forever changed their lives. 2 more will shortly; their unit is still very much in the fight. It is impractical to expect protection everywhere, but we should expect leaders to talk about the gravity of these losses with sincerity and reverence.
Will admin put pressure on Iraqi govt wrt Iranian-aligned groups, many officially part of the ISF? Not sure GoI has ability/willingness to handle them due to domestic considerations. USG has funded to the tune of $ billions; thus indirectly supporting an adversary’s reach throughout region.
I know that the people who need to read this aren’t here, but here goes:
Rules of engagement aren’t for the enemy. They’re for you. They’re for your soldiers when they’re captured or wounded. They’re for your civilians when they’re in range of the enemy. They’re for your allies, to reassure.
The threat posed by shaheds was 110% anticipated and anyone who says otherwise is either misinformed or lying
I'm aware that category apparently includes the SECDEF and chairman
