On 23rd October, we will also be publishing our new strategy alongside our new website - youthcareers.org.uk, and from the 3rd November, we will officially be known everywhere as Youth Careers Collective.
Our values and mission remain the same, but our identity is evolving to more accurately represent who we are today!
The wait is finally over.
For the past 6 months we’ve been working hard behind the scenes on an exciting and important change, and we are now very proud to let you know that from November this year, Spark! will become Youth Careers Collective.
Together, we dug deep into what we hold true at the heart of Spark! and explored how best to represent that through our brand.

One of the highlights of this journey was our very first branding workshop, where we brought together our team, trustees, and young associates, alongside our talented designer Jonny Weston.
A new look doesn’t happen overnight.
Over the past year, we’ve been brainstorming, designing, and refining - always asking ourselves how to reflect our mission more powerfully.

And while our name and brand are evolving, our purpose, values, and commitment to young people will never change.
From our beginnings to today, The Industry Education Working Group, Hounslow Education Business Partnership, Hounslow Education Business Charity and Spark! have always been about empowering young people with the confidence, skills, and opportunities to thrive in the world of work.

It was also a momentous occasion as this was the final time our team came together under the Spark! name. With our rebrand just around the corner, the excitement is building. Very soon, we’ll be revealing our new name, logo, and refreshed strategy. We can’t wait to share it with you all.

Feels like just yesterday we were wrapping up our last strategy day in April, and yet here we were again last Thursday, diving into our next chapter together as a team.
