Salesforce friends, has anyone used Cassidy AI? Just encountered this tool recently and it seems like a simple AI workflow tool. Like the Zapier of Agentic AI (lots of simple pre-built connectors to popular apps, point and click config, etc). Anyone have experience with this?

Indexing: what fields / metadata is agentforce using to find & interpret articles?
Index refresh: the documentation says that the Knowledge base is indexed daily but can be manually indexed. but the "Refresh Data Source" button is greyed out on the Agent Action. (5/x)

Does anyone have any experience or documentation about using Knowledge with Agentforce? Specifically:
Tips for structuring Knowledge articles?
Tips for structuring agent/topic instructions for Knowledge use case?
Tips for configuring the Einstein Data Library? (4/x)
All articles are written in a similar format so the quality of the title / summary / content does not seem to be what is causing the inconsistency. All articles have clear title and summary. (3/x)
Issue: it seems like the agent is able to use some of the article very effectively (synthesizing multiple pieces of information from an article, detecting subtleties of an article, etc), but other articles not so much (missing main points from an article, etc). (2/x)
Salesforce Knowledge + Agentforce question // I'm building an agent with the "Answer Questions with Knowledge" ootb action. The knowledge base is relatively small (a few dozen articles) with articles structured in consistent Q&A format (each article answers one discrete question). (1/x) 🧵
