IMO this really needs elevating. I've been suggesting this for 2 years now.
I/O schedulers were made for rotating media. Why waste time using them on NVME. Its a waste of CPU cycles for most machines.

It's happened from time to time over the years. But true enthusiasts will not buy them unless they have a simple need for a very simple device.
And don't forget, it is a network, if you put your Ring on a vlan that has no internet access thinking you outsmarted them.. You didn't. If there is another Echo or Ring device in range it will network to it.
Remember that @mikestabile.bsky.social myself, & many SWs, discussed the harm of age verification laws as written, and how they harm SWs, users, and undermine internet freedoms. This is all an effort to do large scale government surveillance.
So like when you run across a company that flat requires passkey, and refuses to setup any way but with photoID what is your move there? Especially when the ID handing subcontractor has already had one breech in the past 5 years.

escrow them for a reasonable amount of time so in the case of fraud the funds can be returned.
required to carry liability insurance to back transactions made on their hardware. Period.
If you are going to give everyone the power to conduct transactions, you should be liable when someone uses your equipment illegally, you need to do background checks and limit transaction amounts or 2/
Think of it, a 2FA active transaction that requires you to click accept on your device. Banks will balk at the cost of implementing something that doesnt take 2 days to show your transaction but fu... them. Google does it, and has more customers than any bank. Second, payment processors should be 1/
Could you imagine being scammed out of $45,000 EVEN when it required the bank exceeding your balance and then denying the fraud claim? Time for 2FA active transactions.

So many in tech forget this and where we all started. Sitting down with someone who has never done more than type a word document and use email, it can be humbling.
