Sadly this is the end goal of people in charge… support the transmission of as much misinformation as possible so people can’t trust what is real and what is not… this way you can get away with a lot and have it hidden in the mass of untrue information

Had a good day out at the Bath Novice Archers Tournament today.

Weather held out til the end - when there was a complete downpour - but managed to walk away with a gold for the National 50 round :)

Today I made the effort for lunch

Find a local apiary and ask them for some bee pollen and bee bread. Then take one granule per day under the tongue for the next year and you’ll build resistance
