Let’s make Bluesky for design and associated chat what Twitter was for design.
Love this!
From the collection: PRINCE "For You" 8-Track tape. His first album. Yes, it's a little beat up and I don't know if it plays, but it's rare and very cool. #prince #tafkap #princerogersnelson #musiccollection #musiccollection #recordcollection #8track #8tracktape #clickinginthemiddleofatrack #foryou
Designers just can’t help but design.
Love that! Not seen this lovely building before!
As opposed to what? A printed document faxed and scanned and stored on a network somewhere? 😂😬
Preach, don’t practice.
Any other questions about our antiquated system, please ask!
A byelection happens when the representative of that area (an MP - Member of Parliament) stands-down because of some scandal, wrong-doing or die. So can happen at any time, otherwise the election for all seats (areas) happens at the general election. Yes, a special election you could say.
Governments don't often win byelections because they are unpopular because they run on a ticket of change from the previous lot. And when that doesn't happen or not fast enough they get punished. Also the vote in the UK is becoming more fractured with several parties on each side now.

Who else keeps packs of silica gel that come in various things purchased to be used in other situation as they arise? No, just me?
this all sounds very cool! Let's do that!
That’s a gasteria. Not sure which type as a lot of the ones in Google images seem uniform unlike mine which is how I bought them in the first place. Tough as old boots and has grown a bit too. When I get good I could send you one of the pubs as it needs repotting.

I’m doing the logo last
A steaming pile of puce and putrid nastiness. I’m buying an Amazon fire or whatever they’re called these days.
Turn on the "Reduce transparency" setting in #ios26 + it sarcastically almost totally removes the transparency except when content goes behind something in front there seems to be a jump/stutter of colour change. And things like the control centre look worse than ever without hardly any transparency
Can I say that scrolling through that article leaves me colder than I've ever felt before as a designer.
🤣
Thanks! Yeah it’s not the old twitter at all, a very pale version but that’s only because more people aren’t jumping on board and joining in the fun. Having fun with succulents last couple of years from a lovely plant/florist/greengrocers in Leigh on sea
