AEW: David Finlay, 32, Gabe Kidd (Gabriel McMenamin, 28) and Clark Connors (Connor Deutch, 32) were all announced as having signed here this week after attacked Orange Cassidy and Darby Allin after their win over Kidd & Connors. Finlay had been in talks with AEW, TNA and WWE. Most believed he was WWE-bound, but AEW ended up making the best offer. He recently had a child and that was said to be part of the reason he wanted to work in the United States, so he could be home so much more and the American groups have a better schedule. WWE wanted him to be the leader of the second generation group in NXT with Lexis King, Stacks Lorenzo, Arianna Grace and Uriah Connors (Brogan Finlay, David’s younger brother). They will be known as The Dogs, a takeoff on their New Japan stable, The War Dogs.

On the 2/26 Juggalo Championship Wrestling show, Big Vito with PCO and Mickie Knuckles said Vince Russo isn’t here and has a couple of black eyes from being attacked in a limo. Vito said that Violent J was behind this. He said he wants Violent J back in JCW and he’s going to get him. Vito said the show called World War III would be an elimination tag with Luciano Enterprises (Vito’s group) vs. Monster Corporation. Russo did an interview apologizing for not being there and said he will explain everything next week regarding Matt Cross attacking Kerry Morton. Russo said he got Morton booked in Japan for a few weeks to cool down. Mickie Knuckles saw Big Vito backstage and started to undress and jumped on Vito. Vito didn’t want any part of this while she grabbed Vito’s face to put in her boobs. Vito got her to stop by saying they have to worry about World War III first and can have fun later. She grabbed his balls and left.
J-Rod knocked out women’s showrunner Alice Crowley with Brass Knux. They have a woman performer called The Ring Rat. Another newcomer is The Green Phantom who said JCW is filled with drug abuse, drinking, crooked officials and organized crime and he’s here to clean it up. 2 Tuff Tony & Willie Mack won the tag titles over the Brothers of Funstruction after interference by Vito. Ruffo of the Brothers on Funstuction blamed Vito and said he was going to expose and ruin his life. Then Tony & Mack gave them their beliefs back saying they found out Vito interfered and don’t want to win the title that way. The main event, an elimination match with the Luciano Family of Vito & Knuckles & PCO beat Monster Corporation of Mr. Happy & Kongo Kong & Beastman in an eliminator match that went 4:55 when PCO pinned Kong when they were the last two. The show ended with a spotlight in the balcony showing Violent J had returned.
