Thank you to the Healey-Driscoll Administration, Secretary Augustus, Mayor Wu, and the Boston Housing Authority for your partnership.
A project of this size doesnβt happen on its own. Working closely with the Allston Brighton delegation and the Governor and Lt. Governor, we were able to secure $99 million in the Affordable Homes Act for this project.
Faneuil Gardens has been an important part of the Brighton community for decades. This $19.6 million grant from the Commonwealth will replace 258 existing units and add 180 new units, ensuring safe, accessible, and affordable homes for residents.
Last Friday, I attended the funding announcement for Phase 1 of the Faneuil Gardens redevelopment.
I was honored to receive the Gender Justice Leadership Award from MassNow. Iβm always proud to stand with my colleagues to fight for womenβs rights and LGBTQ+ equality as we continue to make the Commonwealth a home for everyone!
Another successful parade! Thank you @mayorwu.boston.gov and Mira for helping us celebrate Allston Brighton! And thank you to the many volunteers, sponsors and bands. Without you, there is no parade!

We all deserve the opportunity to elect the candidates of our choice and once again Massachusetts led the way in making sure our redistricting process was fair and inclusive. We remain a Shining City upon a Hill.
I am honored to be the recipient of the Black and Latino Legislative Caucus CampeΓ³n Award. And proud to have played a part in increasing majority-minority seats in the House of Representatives from 10 in 2010 to 33 today.
A final congratulations to all the honorees and award recipients and most importantly, to the UMass Boston Class of 2025!
Attorney General Campbellβs dedication to the people of the Commonwealth is unmatched. Governor Mills is not afraid to stand up to injustice and fight for what is right. She serves as an example and inspiration for all UMass Boston alums.
Congratulations to Attorney General Andrea Campbell and Maine Governor Janet T. Mills, who also received the Chancellorβs Medal for Distinguished Service.
I am honored to receive the UMass Boston Chancellorβs Medal for Distinguished Service. UMass Boston changed my life and I proudly proclaim my Beacon Status!
I am proud to continue to support you because I am sure that under your leadership Boston will remain the shining City on a Hill!
Who would ever think that we would live in a time where our Mayor would be called before a Congressional Committee to defend compassion and explain what every statistic shows β that Boston is the safest major city in the USA.
Thanks to the hundreds of people who came to my annual St. Patrickβs Day event! And a special thank you to @mayorwu for your kind words and for showing again last week why Iβm proud to call you my friend and our Mayor.
