Whenever Stede reads, he’s constantly making that adorable little “Hmm!” noise. Used to drive Mary bonkers. Ed, however, loves it and asks what’s interesting. Meanwhile, Stede adores that Ed is also a vocal (and usually very sweary) reader.
Open bar, live music, dancing, free food…last year at one party an engineering firm threw they even handed out light up beach balls and glow sticks.
Im here for my monthly lab visit. Conferences are different because they are exhausting.
But also I always go to the parties the big firms throw at conferences so I’m just uber exhausted.
