I'll never understand this idea of requiring of yourself hours and hours of pre-game effort when there is no expectation of reciprocation from the players beyond attendance and bare minimum rules familiarity. If you enjoy the prep, and it's truly play to you, enjoy. Otherwise, yeah play differently.

Got me imagining a blank map that is being filled in responsive to your rolls.
Safe travels? draw a road or trail, but nothing more
Detour? draw a harsh desert or impassable mountain
Danger? Draw a beast lair or bandit camp
Now, we need an explore or mapping action that builds in hex details.
I enjoy the feeling of casting the bones that a dice pool evokes.

At least with POD and PDF it included distribution/hosting. With this you're forking over a hefty finder's fee after you've done the manufacture logistics, and you still have to manage all the direct to consumer shipping logistics. They deserve to be undercut on this.

Consider:
Start the bolts entirely unshaded. Space them all the same. Drop the (pick 5) sub text.
The alternating shaded bands are not improving readability.
Your page margins are uneven.
The light gauge should be translucent.
The armor and benefit labels get lost.
I must admit I lack familiarity to say if that's true.
Or instead of injecting it into the core boundless pamphlet do pamphlet extension demonstrations? I.e. you do a setting pamphlet, an adventure pamphlet, and a class pamphlet. Show you can encapsulate extensions of the system as single page spotlights.
