The French were really ahead of everyone with Minitel. It was so futuristic and even looked cool.
This mirrors our experience. My son’s school costs the tax payer around £70,000 per year for a disgustingly bad education.
The UK system is basically paying companies to keep these children “out of sight “ so they don’t have to provide a meaningful education for them.
