The city should have put in a two way protected bike lane from upas down to A street. There are very few intersections on that side of the road and it would be better than fighting with drivers trying get to the zoo or balboa park near the organ pavilion.
Surrender your license, you are obviously a public safety risk when driving a car.

what could have paid for the bollards you might ask? How about charging for parking in Balboa Park? Or ticketing drivers in bike lanes or bus lanes on weekend night? So many easy revenue streams for good things if you can just do them!

at least in SDUSD, there is zero money for school buses for field trips. our parent teacher org at my kids school raises and provides all the money for field trip buses and it's not cheap.

All that to say I probably wasted more time messing with gemini than just coding it myself from the start, and would have ended up with the same answer.
I recently tried to use gemini to solve a work signal processing problem that was harder than textbook but not impossible. Gemini pointed me in the right direction but didn’t exactly provide the answer I needed. It generated some decent python code but I ended up having to code it myself in Matlab.
