There's more to it than nursing; this appears to be a next logical step toward making A Handmaid's Tale into Federal policy. Did you notice that *all* the professions cut out by McMahon's DOE are ones dominated by women?

It makes it harder and more expensive for women to pursue careers they want.

I honestly believe that an objective of this administration is to undercut both education and healthcare so that they end this horrible era of a healthy middle class that is well informed and well served. I honestly believe that.
