Depends on how you like them! Here are the ones I used to get mixed up all the time:
Sunny Side up: fried on one side, covered/steamed or basted to cook the top. Usually runny
Over Easy/Medium/Hard: fried on both sides.
Easy = Runny yolk
Medium = Jammy yolk, set whites
Hard = Firm yolk
