スラップ(SLAPP)訴訟という概念は、もともと著名人や大企業が批判者に対する口封じとして"不当な"訴訟を仕掛けることを批判したもののはずで、当の著名人側が「スラップ訴訟って知ってる？相手に時間的・経済的負担を負わせる目的でやる訴訟だから。訴えられたら、君ら、勝っても困るでしょ？」という使い方をするものではないのですよ…
