Oooh BTS themed crafting while listening to the album sounds like heaven!

Set my alarm in the middle of the night, sneak downstairs, get a tea and a blanket. Listen to the single first, then watch the MV, then listen to the album. Listen to my fav songs again. Crawl back in bed. Start all over at 7 am. Repeat for the rest of the day.

When we left the museum the ticket lady chased after us. She heard from the speaker room lady that we requested BTS.
So the ticket lady gave us a book with the D-2 lyrics. An fan project that fans left at the museum to hand out to other BTS fans 💜. What an amazing gift!

In the museum you could request a song that would play in a room with fancy speakers. We requested Otsukare. After a long wait (for the ajussi’s before us had their turn with old skook songs), they played…. Butter! 🤣🤣🤣 Otsukare was not available. Massive disappointment!

Of course there was a k-pop section and a big BTS display. This is a video I made of the BTS display in tje Gyeongju k-pop museum. A lot of the items were donated by fans.

On a short bus ride from the old heart of Gyeongju is the k-pop museum. An amazing archive of music in korea. From the first recording in korea in 1906, the Kim Sister (aka the first Kim-line), music focussed om the US and let’s please admire a young Rain!

I know! He was really excited to show me the ringtone.

During a work meeting one of my older male co-workers looked at my laptop full of BTS stickers. I told him they are BTS. And he said “I know, I have Suga in my phone”. And then showed me the Samsung ringtone and said (in a non-creepy way) “every time hear Suga I think of you”. 😍

With a bit of adventurous bus riding, there's also some great hiking there on some mountains with Buddhist iconography carved into rock faces

Seokguram and Bulgugksa are also around there if you're interested in Korean Buddhism. Nice light hiking and beautiful religious art and architecture
