They don’t understand that their
“ideal utopia“ would be no different than the “libertarian” ideal utopia, a hellscape of regional warlords controlling territories with poor & elite class, a mix of Feudal Japan & Pol Pot’s Cambodia.

I always keep stating that the left isn’t progressive.
Progress can’t be achieved ba shouting for everything and accepting no compromise.
That’s not being progressive, that’s childish behavior.
Real progress is being achieved incrementally and patiently.

Glad you put progressives in quotes. The alt-Left isn't progressive. They co-opted the term, just as they did base. They are parasites looking to inhabit any willing host.
True Progressives do exist, and are distinguishable by whether they are working for progress pragmatically or performatively.
This is why "progressives" hate Black people.
It's impossible to win the presidential primary & primaries in certain states/CDs without strong support from Black voters.
They hide behind code words like neoliberal, BlueMAGA & "establishment," but like in 2020, they eventually show their true colors.

I agree w all that. I just don’t think he’s actually going to help the people. I hope he does. I truly hope i m wrong.
Motives are a different story, but it’s entirely possible that he is interested in helping the people of Iran. There’s something in it for him, and that’s motivating, but so what? If it gets freedom for the Iranian people and the head of the terror proxy octopus goes down that’s not a bad thing.
Most obsessed with hating Israel
The U.S. remained neutral in WWII because of similar opposition, but involvement was inevitable. The result of opposing involvement for so long just caused the loss of millions more lives. Earlier involvement would have saved money, lives, resources, and a shitload of grief and trauma.
Nobody wants strikes on Iran. There are a lot of people describing this like it’s a preference instead of the reality we’re stuck with. Opposing it doesn’t make it go away, it dooms thousands of innocent people to die and pretends that is isn’t going to be a conflict in the United States eventually.
