I really apologize for my meltdown earlier for those who were concerned. I am okay now.
My mind still feels disassociated right now and still trying to piece things together

It always cycles back to being my own fault no matter how hard I try..
I try to be my happiest and be with other people I like being around. But why does my anxiety from my past keep coming back? Why does it remind me that all I end up doing is cause nothing but problems for everybody? Am I even worth it?
