Duuuude. Thats sucks and I feel for you. I follow a low FODMAP diet and it helps a LOT. Chronic GI illness is the absolute worst. Especially when you don't know whats going on. I was sick for way too long before I got a minor handle on it. Still gotta be vigilant.
