Judge Pittman declared a mistrial last week over a lawyer’s shirt. What will he declare a mistrial over next?
The jurors said things the judge did not like. That's why he declared a mistrial even though he was the only person that thought is was necessary. He doubled the jury pool this go round is the real reason he did the mistrial.
He has doubled the amount of jurors this time.

Judge Pittman just announced that *he* is going to run voir dire (jury selection). Attorneys may submit questions Friday before noon *for consideration* but they will not be able to ask themselves.
He is also cutting opening statements down to 8 minutes.
