people say stuff like “making my dream game!” and then the game is zelda
everybody already played gta6. it was just called gta5,4,3,2,1.
i love it when steam goes from "have you heard of these traditional roguelikes?" only to present "oh ehm what i actually meant was these roguelite deckbuilders with metaprogression"
it’s so embarrassing
yeah i generally don’t like playing demos. i feel like the 2hour/2week playtime refund limit is enough of a demo.

i want to set up a personal wordpress somewhere, where do people host?
can you deep fry snickers bars in the game?
f-ing ernie ball too
“pls change the game you’re making to one i would play”
just chipped in on this, stuff like this needs to exist
the first commandos is not very playable but i think the second one is still great. mimimi games are definitely superior.
there’s also a new commandos game but i read mixed things about it.
i’ve had an idea for a commandos-like game with tiny procedurally generated levels and i wish there was a studio like mimimi that would make it.
easy recommend, it’s really good.
when i read “snaps to your phone” i though “great!” and got one before realizing everybody’s phones are huge wide bricks these days. might not be ideal for my iphone 13 mini but still thanks for selling me on this as i’ve been wanting an ereader for a while.
yeah love mimimi games. eriksholm seems less deep in terms of gameplay but still looks like it will scratch the same itch.
i played it for like 20 minutes like two months ago because that's how much game time i get these days lol. looked good though and i almost forgot about it. need to get back to it.
aren't all games pixel games
is that the monolith from 2001?
i messed up my turn logic and now these fuckers are coming at me faster than i can move aagh help #roguelike #pico8 #gamedev #screenshotsaturday
i never got comfortable using any of unity/unreal/godot engines (although used godot the most in the past) as my biggest issue is that i can’t see where stuff is being updated.
unfortunately yeah. you can feel it even when moving your mouse cursor around.
added movement with mouse to my tiny roguelike. the eternal question is whether to allow diagonal movement

my laptop has a 240hz screen but can switch to 60 and oh god it is awful
like 2025 was a good year for games but was there actually anything even remotely comparable?
