Not college, but my professional certification is an oral exam. Open book/note but you and 3-5 people asking questions.

I think about this a lot.
I want to like this post more than once!

I did it twice because I realized I needed to turn my screen brightness up
We also have one with a chicken on it. The rosΓ© isn't half bad
Only 30mi from Horneytown!
We call the kool-aid man when our dog does it
I don't understand why this carries on into grownup spaces too. The number of times I've wanted to get a womens fit tee but they only carry "unisex" or deep v cut is astonishing.
Let me support you!
Let me wear your logo around town!
I do know people who are divided over tea βοΈπ«π΅
Not at all. But I understand why my American history wanted us to read it to understand better where we lived.
I had to take regular breaks to not overwhelm me. I was 17 and it's stuck with me
Reading 'Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee' was heartbreaking. It was required reading at my high school in Montana
This reminds me of something Toni Morrison wrote.
Ooo... library book is available!
Open book.
Is this the book I want to read right now?
Maybe?
C'mon brain. We waited for this book....
I was thinking more of non-human "if we weren't around to fuck with things" predators
An intricate octopus cut from a single piece of paper
Japanese artist Masayo Fukuda hand-cut this life-sized octopus from one sheet of paper. Known as Kirie in Japanese (translated as βcut pictureβ), the art form involves cutting intricate forms from a single sheet of white paper and then contrasting it against a black background to reveal the design.
Some of my favorite covers!
I haven't even tried to get my real ID because I do have a passport and I feel odd every time I fly domesticly. But it's not worth the hassle and in some ways I don't want to take an appointment from someone who needs it
Last year I reccomended The Lady Astronaut series to a friend who reads SFF. Next time we talked about it his response was, "It's interesting but had more sex than I expected."
In my head I was like, but it's all fade-to-black and between a long term married couple...
If you're thinking American Bison they have to contend with grizzly bears, and occasionally a wolf pack (though I think wolves will only go after old/sick/young)
Just a reminder that if you need a little break from the news, you can read a cozy romantic fantasy about a potions witch, a fluffy creature, and the mysterious man who moves in next door. Itβs completely free, no registration or anything:

I remember going to a sand/gravel place with my grandma as a kid. She wanted a cup or two of a specific color for an art project. The guy laughed and said go for it. When she asked how much he pointed out they lost that much to the wind and at least he knew this would be in something interesting.
And cookbooks can be checked out from the library (both digital and/or print) so you can flip through and figure out if it may be worth adding to a home collection
I read cookbooks as a whole category of books themselves. You learn so much more and I am more inspired by being able to take a little from one and something from another to make a meal.
And I've added this to my "ooo... read" list.

The number of conversations I've had...
The max.
Do you mean the 737-8 or -9?
The 800Max.
(Sigh)
This applies to A LOT of industries. In aviation there are honestly only a handful of companies that do certain things. Odds are you'll end up working with or for the person who used to work for you somewhere else.
I always told new engineers and interns to take that to heart
Oh. My. Word.
Amazing.
The last pic looks like glitter blueberries
It is at the base of icebergs where the magic happens. The deep blues of a small iceberg reflect in wondrous pastel tones off the gently undulating waters of Greenland's magnificent Scoresby Sund.
