I guess I kinda got lucky with the one I got yesterday, I have an industrial piercing on that side so I pretty much have to sleep on my right side or on my back (which rarely happens lol)

The cover up so far, from a tribal piece I got when I turned 18 and joined the army, to a nice Lydia and Sandworm piece covering it up, once healed getting color added to finish it
