Could not roll out the Webapp as well, Running Tanstack start on cloudflare workers seems to still have corner cases with cloudflare workers and the context. @tannerlinsley.com if someone wants to use our app as real world test bench for cloudflare workes and tanstack, let me know
And the Tauri app now is live with the tanstack router. Web app still running old Remix version, but soon that's on Tanstack start as well
Got enough of remix and react router, reconfigured app runs now on tanstack router. (Not live yet though).
Migrated web app to tanstack start as well. And finally all is running react 19 and react compiler.
I'm excited about all the new ways I can be frustrated in the tech I've chosen 🤪

Todays 🤦♂️ was wondering why I don't see logs in the log stream, realized that I hadn't setup the _writer_ for the logger. I was happily logging to void 🤦♂️
One I know is yjs UndoManager and it adds reverse operation on a stack

I’ve started to really really like AsyncGenerators in js. The only problem is having to learn again to write function keyword. Have spent so much with just arrow functions that my brain feels borked when trying to type function 🤪

God damn writing rust that deals with async and events and realtime and file io and tries its best to not loose users data in any scenario is taxing.

Had to take really slow and lazy morning today to get back to speed
I made worst bug I’ve ever made in my career: I caused some customers to permanently loose data.
I haven’t felt this bad in a while.
reconfigured is journaling app that analytical ppl rely to keep track of their thoughts and findings, and now we lost some of those thoughts

Any good tips on easily migrating to tan stack? My migration from remix v2 to rrv7 have caused all kind of random stability issues
I was thinking about blameless retros. It’s some times annoying to work or deal with people who have not experienced blameless culture.

Time to migrate from #remix to #react-router been super happy with remix for the almost 3 years of use. And originally chose it as had happy history with react router 🤗 the SSR + loaders + actions has been a pattern I've been happy with
And guess what! It's broken same way on Edge on mac!
So at least it's consistent!
