Added to my slop block list, thanks for pointing this one out.

I think I'm on that one too. I put them on my slop list and immediately got hit with that.
It's not a party if there's not a pile of shoes at the door and a pile of coats on a bed.
Seems to be regional. It's shoes off at everyones homes I know of in Michigan.
A pair of Sorcery cards, side by side, showing they're on scene. The cards are Crusade and Jihad, which are banned words on tcgplayer. They're both unique auras that empower their type of minions in their area. #sorcerytcg
Turned in some big cards from my Gothic box to buy a Beta Sorcery box. Got some amazing stuff so far, including The Problematic Cards that you can't buy on tcgplayer.
I was wondering how legit these Sorcery TCG card names were! It's such a cute three card interaction. As the little ones get killed (Deathrite) they call out for bigger versions for help. The biggest one gets to charge if the littlest one is dead.
Why jump to the defense of slop? Get some self respect of whatever variety you need.
We disappoint them daily that their userbase isn't a bunch of techbros.
Now I need to go through my existing decks and see what new stuff goes well into them, swap some cards out, and also resleeve some that were in penny sleeves in some new better sleeves I got yesterday.
Sorted all these Sorcery cards into my binders yesterday. Idk what normal is for people in binder sleeves, but I can fit 8 cards per pocket safely, so I just do 'put up to 4 copies of a card on each side' then any more than that goes in a spillover box.
(Details of my sorting method in alt-text)
Ya she was. Queue up the trials now, please.
I like their stuff! I printed most of the park set for the dreams of a Marvel Crisis Protocol game (that we never played).
This Gundam Minis game is yet another "Game I think would be neat to play if I had the group," which I don't, so I guess I'll pass.
Looks neat though. Gundam mobile suits translate to minis really well.
Booooooooo
Had a work meeting so frustrating that I have a headache now
Heavily vibes based, yeah. Also paying off (and closing) an account drops your score a ton. It's silly.
We're run by a death cult.
Yeah, it's really good. I actually completed all of the memories for it and saw 'the final(?) end', which is a rarity for me with games nowadays.
I love Cobalt Core, and even got my kids playing it a bit.
Like $320+ bucks in cards just listed here. I wonder how game shops deal with tradeins for store credit? I'd love to trade some of these in for another box.
Fun elites: 2x Stagecoach (one foil, $17), Wuthering Heights ($7.50), Lord of Destruction, Lucid Dreamers, Sinister Pond, Arjaro Exorcist ($2), Renatus Trueblood ($1). Bunch of other stuff that isn't worth much but is neat.
A Sorcery TCG card called Asmodeus. 5 mana for a 3/3, he comes into play with Stealth (so he can't be targeted). Break stealth to destroy everything else at his site, including the site. He's basically carrying a tactical nuke which he's immune to.
A Sorcery TCG card called Balor of the Evil Eye. It's a 6/6 for 6 which is already pretty good. Once per turn, pick a cardinal direction: Deal 2 damage to one unit at each location in that direction. Laser beams! The FAQ says this can also hit things underground, underwater or in the void since it's targeting locations and not sites, which is kind of weird.
A Sorcery TCG card called Sister Stefania. 2 for a 2/2 with Ward (basically prevents the first damage or spell cast on her). Other nearby minions are silenced (which basically means their text boxes are blank, for the most part).
A Sorcery TCG card called Bane of Aventis 4 mana for a 4/4 is fine. Genesis ability (when it enters play) is to gain control of nearby (site he's on and all 8 surrounding sites) minions that have a ward. Seems great for a sidedeck in case your opponent is using wards, but if they're not he's kind of pointless.
More Uniques:
Asmodeus, gets to pop a site and all of its contents ($15)
Balor of the Evil Eye has a laser beam every turn ($20)
Sister Stefania shuts everyone down around her ($17)
Bane of Aventis is amazing if your enemy uses wards ($19)
Sorcery TCG card called Maiden, Mother, Crone. It heals you, lets you draw cards, and hurts the enemy on death.
Sorcery TCG card called Grigori Rasputin. He's a 2 power for 2 that is a spellcaster. His real trick is when he dies, you can banish an evil ally to bring him back with that ally's power, plus his own, effectively giving it a 2 power buff (and triggers their Genesis and Deathrite effects an extra time).
Sorcery TCG card called The Manor at Daperyll Hill. It does a 3 power drain life on one enemy at its site per turn, making it pretty hard for enemies to occupy.
Sorcery TCG card called Gilman House It lets you transform any minions here into Horribly Hybrids (water's generic 3 power minion in Gothic).
Uniques:
Maiden, Mother, Crone, popular for drawing cards ($60)
Grigori Rasputin, that pernicious dude that does not stay down. ($29)
The Manor at Daperyll Hill, which drains life ($13)
The Gilman House, which transforms minions into 3/3 monsters ($21)
Sorcery TCG card, an avatar called Animist. It lets you cast magic as spirit minions instead.
Sorcery TCG card, an avatar called Harbinger. It gives you three random places you can summon to for cheaper, which is kind of nuts if it places them behind enemy lines. Really random.
Sorcery TCG card, an avatar called Persecutor. It has 2 power instead of the default 1, and gets free movement towards evil minions or lets you count a minion as evil for your cards effects.
Sorcery TCG card, an avatar called Ironclad. It's very straightforward, you take 2 less damage. Note: Attacking your site is life loss, not damage. This is specifically hitting your avatar. Makes you a little harder to finish off. I got the foil version of this.
COOL STUFF I GOT: Avatars (They basically define who you are in the game)
Animist (it's weird, already had one, whatever)
Harbinger, Persecutor (already had them from the starters, alternate art is nice)
FOIL IRONCLAD is this box's big card, worth $108 (all values from tcgplayer's Market Price)
That's valid.
We just picked the hardcover up yesterday! It's my 11yo's favorite series.
Bought a(nother) box of Sorcery's Gothic set for $140 (tcgplayer price is up to $180, so I considered it a deal).
Got way more than $140 of cards out of it, it was a bonkers box. I'm sorting the cards today, I'll list out some cool stuff I got later.
That list is a work in progress, I add probably ten accounts every day on average. You'd be amazed how many new slop accounts are made daily. You can just subscribe to it to easily get all of the updates.
That's me! It just hit like 7,000ish accounts yesterday. I check and add accounts daily to this. No hashtag sweeps, i click into and make sure each account is mostly all about posting slop.
"God DOES real" has been cracking me up since I saw this episode
this show does so many batshit big swings and always knocks them right out of the park -- it's a marvel
